What is the Ohio Reading Endorsement?

• The Ohio Reading Endorsement Program leads to an endorsement on a valid teaching license. In addition to the five course sequence, endorsement seekers must successfully complete the Praxis II Introduction to Reading Specialty Area Test.
  

• For educators focusing specifically on teaching positions as Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 reading teachers, the P-12 reading endorsement is attached to a valid Ohio teaching license upon completion.
