Students
completing the Food and Nutrition Graduate
Certificate Program will be required to take 15 credit hours of food and nutrition graduate-level courses.
A maximum of 6 credit hours of 5000 level courses
may be applied to the certificate. Once admitted, the student must submit an approved
tentative certificate of study coursework plan.
