Required Courses
 

Students completing the Food and Nutrition Graduate Certificate Program will be required to take 15 credit hours of food and nutrition graduate-level courses. A maximum of 6 credit hours of 5000 level courses may be applied to the certificate. Once admitted, the student must submit an approved tentative certificate of study coursework plan.

FN 6070 Family and Community Nutrition
FN 6090 Micronutrients Through the Life Span
FN 6100 Macronutrients for Human Nutrition
FN 6110 Clinical Nutrition
