Students may enroll in only a certificate program, or may complete a certificate in conjunction with a graduate degree at BGSU. Certificate program applicants should hold an undergraduate degree prior to application to a certificate program.
Students who wish to be admitted to the
online International Scientific & Technical Education Graduate Certificate Program must
hold a bachelor’s degree (in any field) with a 2.7
minimum grade point average.
Prospective students must first apply for admission to BGSU by submitting
a Graduate Application along with:
$30 non-refundable application fee per graduate application submitted
GRE general test/GMAT, or PRAXIS (Curriculum & Teaching only) scores
TOEFL scores are required from applicants whose native language is not English
Three letters of recommendation must be forwarded to the department to which admission is requested.

GRADUATE APPLICATION
Students will be required to participate
in an online interview with S&TC Program
faculty using real time, text-based, synchronous
communication tools available through the
Blackboard course management system.
International students who apply to the program
will do so according to the existing procedures
for all international students who apply
