Advanced Technological Education Requirements
The ATE program requires 9 courses to be taken at BGSU. To meet this requirement, students must take 5 core courses and select 4 professional electives.

*The BG Perspective (General Education) requirements and the College of Technology requirements can be transferred from other accredited institutions as part of your associate's degree or taken at BGSU either online or in a classroom setting. Click Here for more information on transferring credits to BGSU. The Advanced Technological Education requirements must be taken at BGSU and are completely online.

Students must have a minimum of 123 semester hours to meet BGSU graduation requirements. A minimum of 40 hours of credit must be at the 3000 or 4000 level.
